Any items listed with FREE SHIPPING are subject to our picking and choosing of the shipping service/method unless otherwise paid for and/or discussed with the customer beforehand.

**Books will be shipped via media mail. We do not ship books with any other services unless otherwise discussed before purchase. Additional shipping and handling costs may apply if another service is selected.

Why not free shipping to Puerto Rico?

Shipping to locations outside of the lower 48 states can sometime cost more than the worth of the item depending on dimensions and weight. This happens frequently with items that are of a larger size/weight going to Puerto Rico. We wish it weren't the case, but we can only afford to pay up to a certain amount for shipping. If you are from Puerto Rico and are interested in free shipping for an item or several items then please message us beforehand so that we can examine options.

We reserve the right to cancel any orders that cannot be shipped with the methods listed in our description as defined by our terms of sale.

RETURNS:

Returns will be dealt with on a case by case basis as we seek to address each situation as best as possible should something happen.
