We deal with various factories around the world and bring you products direct from the manufacturers, cutting out all of the middlemen, like the importers, and wholesalers, effectively passing these savings directly onto you. Shipping

All rugs will be shipped either the same day or next working day.

We use Parcel Force 48 and Royal Mail to ship our rugs, all items will require a signature when delivered.

Typically you should receive your order no later than 5 working days after purchase date.

Important: Postage is free to mainland UK, Wales, Northern Ireland and parts of Scotland excluding the Highlands and Islands.
