This was found with a bunch of toy animals from the 1990s. It reminds me of the puppy that came with the Dr Barbie vet set in 1995, but it is not able to be positioned.

About  1.25" tall and 2" long,  Miniature. Ruler and Barbie arm  in some photos for size reference.
