This is a used GPU. It still works just fine. You can still get updated drivers if you use Linux and it also works with privacy respecting Linux distros such as Trisquel which I tested it on. I tested the DVI port and VGA port  but am not able to test the s-video port. It will be shipped with tracked shipping.  The specifications are as follows:
