Since the original rubber feet are missing - I am including a new set of black rubber feet. Also -

NOTE: I changed the original screws for the bottom side. I did this because the original screws required a small hex wrench (which is not a common tool for most people). There are two other reasons that I switched the screws. 1) Since this pedal has a tube inside of it - down the road you may need to replace the tube (or you may want to switch the tube to a different type). 2) In the future - you may beed to add contact cleaner to the pots and / or switches (controls). Right now the pots are NOT scratchy - they are fine. I recently put contact cleaner in eash of the pots & switches.

NOTE:   This pedal is designed to be used with a certain kind of power supply / adaptor.   It uses one that is 15 VDC // at least 400 mA, POSITIVE Center  //  barrel end. The correct adapter is included.

The pedal and the power supply were tested and they work fine.

To cover myself - I put its condition as Good.  But I personally feel that it is in between Good and Very Good shape.  Some might even feel that it Very Good.

The pedal has been used and it has wear / imperfections from having been used. I'd say thay it has light average wear.

The BOTTOM side has the most imperfections -- which are mostly not too light / not too deep visible scratches, some nicks, and a few chips.

Some areas of the top, bottom, front, and back edges & corners have chips in the finish exposing bare metal. A few areas of the exposed metal have rust spots. You can easily touch up the areas with bare metal with black marker (please let me know if you would like me to do this for you).

The other sides each have some imperfections:  nicks & scratches.

The knobs are mostly fine, The top areas have very ligth scuffs and / or a few tiny & very small light nicks / very short scratches.

The tube is fine. It is a 12AX7 tube.  I do not know if the original tube was ever replaced (I doubt it - but again - I really do not know).

The black rubber ball feet are MISSING. Therefore I am including a new set of black round rubber feet (they are flat).

Overall the power supply is very clean (but not 100% perfect).

• The square-ish main part just has a couple of tiny nicks, a few light cloudy lines / very light surface scratches, and a few short not too light not too deep scratches here and there. Really nothing serious.
• The wire part is a little twisted from having been used and has light bends from having been folded. Otherwise the wire is fine.
• The barrel end and the two plug blades are fine.
• The hard plastic "label" with the powe supply info / specs has some unevness caused by air bubbles. But it is still securely on the squre-ish main part.
