Features:
- Stopwatch mode support 99 minutes, 59 seconds and 99 milliseconds.
- Count-up timer mode supports 99 minutes and 59 seconds. You can set the stop time of the count-up timer. The timer starts at 0 and stops automatically when the set time is reached. For example, if you want to set a 10-minute count-up timer, you can enter 10:00 via its remote control and press the confirmation key, and the clock will automatically display 00:00. Press the start button to start the timer at 00:00 and the clock will stop automatically at 10:00.
- Countdown mode supports 99 minutes and 59 seconds. You can set any time between 00:00 and 99:59 and start the countdown. For example, if you set an 8-minute countdown, you can use the remote control to enter 08:00. After pressing the confirm button, the timer will display 08:00. Press the start button and the timer starts counting down from 08:00. By 00:00, the timer stops.
- 12H/24H clock: H1 represents 24-hour display and H2 represents 12-hour display. You can use the remote control to switch the display modes.
- Cycle timing display: Users can use it to set the timing of their daily fitness activities. Alternating timing is used for training time and rest time. The training time is represented by F and the rest period is represented by C. C C is the number of repetitions. Each set of timers can be saved on different shortcut keys. For example, three different sets of timing methods can be saved in the number shortcut keys 1, 2, and 3. When using it, just press the shortcut key, then press the start key, and the corresponding set of times will start running. Supports up to 10 sets of alternating timing can be saved (0 to 9 numeric keys).
- TABATA key: 8 sets of training time (F1-F8). The interval time is C1-C8. The exercise time is 20 seconds, and the interval is 10 seconds. Press button TABATA and click START to begin.
- FGB key: Press FGB once to enter F1 mode: It runs for 5 minutes, with 1 minute interval, and runs 5 times. Press FGB twice to enter F2 mode: It runs for 5 minutes, with 1 minute interval, and  runs 3 times.
- EMOM key: One-minute countdown button. Once you hit run, it counts down from 60 seconds.
- 10Sec key: 10 seconds of preparation time. You can press this button once to cancel the 10-second preparation time. When the timing starts, it will work in timing mode.
- Display brightness is adjustable in five levels.
- A remote control enables simple and convenient operation.
