The book is in good plus/very good minus (G+/VG-) condition and has been well-preserved over the years. The dust jacket shows light to moderate shelf/edge wear. The dust jacket has a one inch tear along the top edge at the binding, pictured. The top right corner shows a bit of creasing. The hardcover is in very good condition, showing just light marks along the spine. The interior pages show no marks, stains, or tears, just a bit of aging.
