Item is new and sealed. Product plastic wrap may have imperfections or tears but product is not affected once the item is opened.

Please note sometimes discs become loose in shipping which is not something I can control unfortunately. The disc can easily be placed back in the disc holder once it is unwrapped. Thank you for understanding.

Returns are only accepted for items that are still sealed and new otherwise the return will be refused or a heavy restocking fee will apply.
