Here at Kettle's Boiled we pride ourselves on providing a great service for our customers - just check our feedback - and we know that you want your items quick! Nearly all orders are shipped the same day that we receive them and certainly no later than the next working day. Also if you need something quick, then tell us, and we will make sure we get it to you as fast as we can! Our record - although we can't guarantee this for everyone sorry - is just 7 minutes from order to handing over the parcel! Don't forget you can also select click and collect at your local Argos store!
Postage
We send all our smaller items that will classify as a letter, large letter or small parcel under 2kg using Royal Mail first class, unless stipulated otherwise. In fairness, even second class often arrives the next working day. In order to offer you the best price possible, anything that is heavier than 2kg - generally orders for large quantities of sugar, or for sauces and spreads - is sent using myHermes. This again, in most cases, we have found to arrive the next working day, though they state to allow up to five working days for delivery to the outer reaches of the UK. Remember, if you need something quick, tell us - we will sort it!
International postage
We can - and indeed do - also send our items around the world, please contact for a quote. We don't make any money on postage charges and will only charge you what it costs us to get the items to you.

Kettle’s Boiled was started early in February 2014, supplying single serve items such as tea, coffee, chocolate, whitener and sugar. We are proud to be based in Accrington, Lancashire, and are proud to be associated with the local famous football club. Our business has grown steadily through this year thanks to our loyal customer base, and we are now expanding to offer additional product lines such as ration packs for walkers, campers and festival goers, and coming soon, hampers with all kinds of goodies in them, as well as all you need for a quality cup of tea or coffee of course!
