RETURNS AND DETAILS

Everything we produce is made specially to customers' orders by our fulfillment partners and therefore cannot be returned.
Our fulfillment partner prints in 33 different countries allowing us to find the most economical and speedy way to send your order to wherever you may be in the world.
If your order arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered then please contact us. Please take a picture of any damage to the packaging or the incorrect item that has been sent. We will then send you a replacement free of charge and hassle free.
If you decide that you do not want your order then we can offer a partial refund. We will refund you everything apart from our fulfillment partner's printing and postage costs. Once a refund has been agreed you will be required to destroy the item and send a picture to prove this.
Please be aware that we receive extremely few requests for returns. Most of our customers are very happy with their prints.
