This Remo RC-2300-RS has an outside diameter of 23"
(The measurement is the outer aluminium hoop size on the head and not the timpani bowl or counter hoop)

Beware - it will not fit a ' 23" ' sized Ludwig, Yamaha, Adams or similar Timpani.
Probably made for an older non standard pedal or hand-tuned timpani

Replacing timpani heads is not as simple as replacing a snare, tom, or bass head.
Please contact us if you're not 100% sure what size you need. 

All Timpani heads are non returnable due to size.
