These 15 inch woofers were obtained through an auction as custom built 3 way speakers that were purchased by NASA Langley engineers in the mid 1980s. The cross-overs were designed in-house. The cabinets were huge so I decided to sell all the speaker components separately. These are like new condition.

These are very well constructed woofers manufactured in the USA in the JBL hay days.

Average internal impedance of 3 ohms and are rated as 4 ohm speakers.

Capable of handling 600 watts of power.

Great for sound reinforcement stage settings or home built speaker projects.
