4 Cut Glass Drawer Knobs cupboard pulls 5cm Wide 3cm Long With Attached 4.5cm Screw & Nut.

Three of the four drawer knobs are identical, and the fourth is a tiny bit larger and heavier and has one small chip on the surface of the glass. It is the one with the brass-coloured screw. Have taken 2 close-up photos, but it is quite difficult to see the tiny chip even in those shots.

The screws are not detachable. They are part of the drawer knob.
