Never used, from about 2005 or so.  Came with a widescreen HP laptop that I bought at that time, so this is for older computers.  I do not have the manuals, but you can likely find them online. I may have them somewhere but cannot find them currently. Will allow your older Windows XP computer to broadcast to your TV and record to your PC through several video ports, including SVHS, RCA and Coax.  S-Video and RCA are for input and Coax lines are for output I believe if I'm reading the back right.

I researched and I believe the laptop this came with was an HP Pavilion zd8000 but not 100% certain.

It even still has the batteries it came with!  Likely are bad by now.
