Instructions:

*1. Take out the USB plug.

*2. Access to the mobile charging power source.

*3. Press and hold the chest temperature control output switch for 3 seconds.

*4. Long press the chest temperature control switch for 3 seconds, start to warm up and then adjust to the medium temperature heat when you need to always connect the mobile power.

*5. Manual adjustment between 3 gears. Warm at 50 degrees Celsius, Comfortable at 40 degrees Celsius, and Energy-saving at 30 degrees Celsius.

*6. Press and hold the chest temperature control switch for 3 seconds, and turn off the light to stop heating. 

Washing Tips:
