We carry most items in stock and therefore aim to dispatch within 1 working day unless there is a large quantity of design work involved when a revised lead time will be quoted to you upon receipt of order.
Our courier then aims to deliver within five days for mainland UK but in most cases they are delivered between 1-2 working days.

In the unlikely event that an item is lost in the post with Royal Mail we always open an investigation into your postcode area on your behalf to establish if there is a history of dishonesty with the postal workers involved.

Should you find that you may have ordered the wrong size, do not like the colour or even the person you bought it for actually would have preferred a different design then it is not a problem. Simply return it to us marked 'RETURNS' and enclose a note confirming your eBay ID stating whether you want a replacement or refund and we will do the rest.
The return postage cost is paid by 'The Buyer' for all 'Change of Mind' returns. Recorded delivery is not required but we recommend that the 'proof of postage' receipt should be retained by 'The Buyer' until return process has been completed.
