Mid Century planter pot with drainer dish !! Gainey Ceramics of La Verne, California, USA. Interesting mustard, yellow ochre color. Hard to find matching drainer dish & pot together. It appears that someone used the drainer as an ashtray at some point in time before I obtained it. Vintage item with some water mineral deposits, discoloration on unglazed areas & scuffing despite a very thorough cleaning, sold AS IS. The drain hole appears to have a few chips on the inside of the pot, but not the outside. There is one small nick on the rim which is very hard to find, but I’ve included 2 images of this. A small manufacturing blemish is on the side of the planter as well. Please view all images for details about condition of this vintage item. Total height of pot and drain dish together is just under 7 & 1/4 inches. Diameter of pot is 7 1/2 inches inside and 8 1/2 inches measured outside rim to rim. 300 John with measurements.
