1. It can detect flames or light sources with wavelengths in the range of 760 nm to 1100 nm. The lighter test flame distance is 80cm. The larger the flame, the longer the test distance.
2. The detection angle is about 60 degrees, which is particularly sensitive to the flame spectrum.
3. The sensitivity is adjustable (adjusted by the blue digital potentiometer in the picture).
4. Comparator output, the signal is clean, the waveform is good, the driving ability is strong, more than 15mA.
5. Equipped with adjustable precision potentiometer to adjust the sensitivity.
6. Working voltage 3.3~5V.
7. Output form: DO digital switch output (0 and 1).
8. There are fixed bolt holes for easy installation.

Tips:
1. The flame sensor is the most sensitive to the flame and also responsive to sunlight, and is generally used as a flame warning light.
2. By adjusting the potentiometer, you can set the intensity of the sensor to sense the flame. When the flame exceeds the set threshold, the relay will be closed, and the common terminal and the normally open terminal will be connected. When the flame is lower than the set threshold, the relay will be disconnected and the public The terminal is connected to the normally closed terminal.
3. Common terminal, normally open and normally closed three ports are equivalent to a double-control switch. When the relay coil is powered, the common terminal is connected to the normally open terminal, and when there is no power, the common terminal is connected to the normally closed terminal.
4. Keep a certain distance between the sensor and the flame to avoid damage to the sensor due to high temperature. For lighters, the test flame distance is 80cm. The larger the flame, the longer the test distance.
