VCR cycles is delighted to bring to the market this mint condition large sized gents Rondelli (Ron Spencer cycles of Warrington) road bike.

Ron Spencer commissioned top Belgium frame builders Ridley to produce the Frameset using Columbus Altec 2 triple butted aero profile aluminium tubes with Time Carbon rear stays and front forks. The frames where then painted in Ron Spencer cycles trade name “Rondelli”.

A stunning looking frame with aero profile tubes and a mono rear stay, the fact that it was built by Ridley leaves you with no doubts it’s a top top quality Frameset.

This fine example has been kitted out with a full Shimano 105 5500 groupset to include:

Flightdeck STi shifters.

Double chainset with 52/39 rings and 175mm arms.

Front and rear mechs.

Brake calipers.

Hubs.

Bottom bracket.

9 speed Hyperglide cassette with 12/23t .

Brand new Hyperglide chain.

The whole groupset is in mint condition and works perfectly.

The wheels consist of Mavic CXP33 rims laced with stainless spokes into Shimano 105 5500 hubs.

These are shod with near new Vittoria Rubino Pro 23c tyres.

The cockpit consists of 3t Mutant stem with a 120mm reach and 3ttt bars wrapped in new Ambrosio tape.

A very nice Fixik Wing flex saddle sitting on a alloy Ritchey seatpost and a Elite bottle cage to finish this stunning Belgium built classic road bike.

The frame measures 59cm from the centre of the BB to the top of the seat tube.

It’s 55cm from the centre of the seat tube to the centre of the headtube.
