PLEASE NOTE that these are the only items you will receive. You will not receive the Front Wings or Spoiler that are shown on the pictures.

All of our body kits will come in black primer and will need painting.

We deliver our body kits worldwide, the price that is given on this listing is just a rough estimate and you should contact us for a definite price for shipping as we will try our best to find you the best price.

Due to changes within the business, we no longer keep items in stock. This means that orders will take between 6 – 14 working days to arrive depending on when an order is made. We have items delivered every Saturday from our factory. Our delivery deadline is Tuesday mornings, if an order is made after this deadline it will not arrive at Xclusive Customz until the following Saturday, we despatch our products as soon as possible once they have arrived.

All of our products are made of High Quality Dura-Flex FRP (Fibre Reinforced Plastic). FRP is Fibre Glass with a DuraFlex Gel Plastic upper coating. This material is characterised by an excellent surface finish that provides sufficient flexibility combined with high stability and allows for easier and inexpensive painting! In summary it is a really good product. This product provides a middle ground product that has the benefits of both Fibreglass and Urethane products, with none of the drawbacks. Also our parts are manufactured on the car, meaning fitment is very easy with little or no modifications required. Other body kit companies cannot offer this service. 

Despite all of our best efforts to create you perfectly fitting kits, there will always need to be some minor adjustments made to your car during fitting. This can be the moving or removal of minor parts and brackets. This is nothing an experienced body shop will struggle with.

It is important that we educate all of our customers when it comes to purchasing a body kit as most customers have little or no knowledge about the product that they are buying. As you are aware there are many European companies selling similar body kits at a cheaper price, this is probably due to the fact that they do not disclose the following:

  • Cheap body kits are usually made of full FibreGlass, which in a few weeks of being on your car will crack and warp, if you do not believe us ask your local body shop!
  • You will have serious fitting issues - most of the products do not fit and you will not be able to return them to the suppliers as they will make excuses saying that you have tried to fit the product.
  • VAT bill - most European body kit suppliers will not disclose to you the fact that when you receive your item you will be liable for additional VAT import charges, which can be a huge amount.

We see and hear this time and time again from customers who have bought elsewhere so please be careful, as buying cheap sometimes costs you more!!

PAYMENT

We accept PayPal if you are buying over eBay. However we also accept bank transfers and would need you to call us so we can arrange this. You are also welcome to come to our central warehouse and pay by debit card.

DELIVERY/SHIPPING

Items must be examined before signing for them with the courier or delivery company. All items are checked by us before they are dispatched to make sure there are no damages present. We will not be responsible for any damages reported to us after the item has been signed for. The delivery driver is fully obliged to wait whilst you inspect the item, despite what they may say at the time (courier drivers work on commission basis so want to deliver as quickly as possible). The driver MUST wait whilst you inspect the parcel and if damaged then the item must be signed for damaged with the courier for us to cover any claim for a damaged item.

Also, we will accept no responsibility for damaged reported to us if you have instructed the courier to leave the item without signature or with a neighbour. All items must be checked for damages before signing for them at your address and if damaged present this must be noted on the courier signature pad / docket.

IMPORTANT - Please test fit this item before carrying out any prepping / painting if required. We cannot offer refund on any item which has been prepped or painted.

RETURNS-POLICY

We can only accept return requests if the item has arrived to you damaged or if the item does not fit. If your item is faulty then you will only be liable for the courier and packaging charges for returning the item to us meaning that all returns will be paid by the buyer. This information is stated here and in our returns policy. We cannot accept returns on items that have been modified or tampered with.

Xclusive Customz have not launched a new Customer Telephone Support Service. We can now offer all of our customers telephone support when it comes to fitting our body kits to give our customers that extra piece of mind. As you are aware when it comes to fitting body kits there are some further modifications that will be required, especially when it comes to fitting wide or complicated body kits.
