Up for sale is a VERY RARE 1967 SHORT RELEASE FIRST USA PRESSING of the Beatles Sgt. Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band Vinyl Album.  Probably the best non-sealed album I have seen. Below is detailed information on the Album:

1) The cut-out insert is in mint condition (see pics)

2) The album sleeve is the original, hard to find abstract version with the Printed in USA BPE 12-1 designation lower Left-hand corner.  Sleeve is in almost mint condition.

3)  Album cover is very good condition for age, see condition notes above.  ALBUM COVER MISSING THE WORD "WITH" ON SONG "WITH A LITTLE HELP FROM MY FRIENDS".  MISSING "MCLEN" BOTTOM RH LOWER CORNER.  MISSING ""NEMS" ON ALBUM COVER.

4)  Album presents itself very well.  No warpage, no scratches, label in great shape.  Label also missing the word "With" Side one, song two.  Album was pressed in Scranton, PA due to small triangle with the inscription "I AM" inside on the dead portion of the vinyl.

In conclusion, this album is certainly a first very short release June 1967 Pressing.  Later 1967 pressing added the word "With" on album and cover.  Other missing information was also added.  Not sure how many 1967 versions/updates occurred.  Very desirable and collectible.  Obviously, serious collectors will see the value of this album.  Not many early versions of this album available for sale.
