This navy blue Penn State stadium seat has a nylon 16" x 14.5" cushion padded seat and back support. It features a hook and loop fastener to attach seat to the bleacher and adjustable reclining straps. The Penn State logo is on the front and back. There is a hook and loop closing strap and carrying handle on top.

The seat is pre-owned and in good condition. There is some wrinkling where the back and seat meet.
