You will need to cancel your order directly or by messaging us before 2 PM of the day of order placed. We will cancel your order if it has not been dispatched.
If the Item has been dispatched and you wish to cancel the order you can do so by rejecting the delivery. However you will be charged postage cost and 10% item cost as a restocking cost.

All the refunds are processed within 4 to 5 working days.

If the item is faulty or not as described we will cover all the costs involved. However if on the return of the item found to be working and as described, you would need to pay our postage cost and you also need to pay a return postage cost, we will also deduct 20% of the item cost for restocking.
