2004 VW Transporter T5 1.9 TDI T30

Hi and welcome to my advertisement for my Vw Transporter. I've owned this van for Approximately 3 years. 18 months ago I set at engine swapping and 6 speed converting it. Since then I've changed jobs with pretty intense work hours so unfortunatley have really no time to finish my loved project and get it running and driving again.

Engine is a 1.9 TDI PD130 ASZ on 103k, one of the strongest 1.9 engines built. while the engine was being prepped to fit into the van it had New (Gates) Cambelt and Waterpump, New (Gates) Auxiliary Belt And Tensioner, New (Genuine VW) oil pickup pipe and sump and New Injector seals for peace of mind.

Gearbox is a 6 speed 60k miles. Gearbox was from a very reputable breaker (Transporter Heaven), then to couple the gearbox up I bought a brand new starter motor, New (LUK) Dual Mass Flywheel and Clutch, New (Borg & Beck) Driveshafts, New (Meyle) Mounts, New (Genuine VW) Clutch Hose, New (Genuine VW) Gear Cables and Genuine VW Gearbox Oil.

Following all this work it was coupled together with:
Upgraded Full Aluminium Radiator
Darkside Large Intercooler
Darkside 2.5" Stainless Steel Downpipe
PP Tuning 2.5" Stainless Steel Resonated Catback
Forge Motorsport Boost pipes
EGR Delete
S-Tune Catch Can
All Upgrades was done in plan of eventually a few minor more bits of work and mapping to see over 300bhp.

Handling was achieved with keeping a great comfort level before taking off the road to upgrade powertrain:
Stance+ Proline Coilovers
Machined Top Mounts
Brembo Discs and Pads
Whiteline Antiroll Bars Front and Rear
Bola CSR 19" Staggered 8.5" & 9.5"

Also Included in the sale Braided front and rear brake hoses.

The van does need a bit of time and a little money throwing at it. but a great start has been made.

The van doesn't not start and drive due to a few little Jobs need finishing. All wiring and water plumbing work has been done.

I originally paid £5000 for the van in a completely standard form and since then thrown around £13000/£14000 at the van on just parts. all work has been done by myself to a very high standard as a plan to keep. but as stated in the add I have just unfortunately ran out of time for this project.

I am in no rush to sell the van it is currently been sorted at my place of work in a secure yard, so not in the way by any means just a very sad sight.

I am fairly firm on £8500 as I feel it is a very fair price for the work and stage the van is at, finished up and on the road the van is easily an £11000/£12000 van.

Any questions you're more than welcome to call me
