This particular pair is full "oil tanned" cowhide with a 1" Cutback/Snip toe. Oiled leather is more than strong enough for working use, but it's easy to care for and gets incredibly comfortable with use. Over time it has a "pull up" effect where the leather will get lighter in some areas making it completely unique. Scars, wrinkles, pull-ups, color variations are testament to the authenticity of full grain leather and what makes these boots the real deal. Kimmel Boot Co. soles are thicker than normal Cowboy boots, making them suitable for hard work for years to come. They are marked 11.5 D, but I also am posting pics of the actual measurements because they measure more like in-between D-E width.
