Pickup Available

Anyone local to the North East of Victoria are welcome to pickup or inspect items at our retail shop located at 99 Murphy St, Wangaratta. Opening hours are 8.30am-5.30pm Monday-Friday and 8.00am-1.00pm on Saturdays.

Domestic Postage

All items are posted within 1 day of the purchase date except for weekends and public holidays.

Unless otherwise specified all items are sent via registered post to ensure a hassle free transaction. You will receive your tracking number after the item has been marked as posted, please track your parcels progress at http://auspost.com.au/track/. ALL Items have our return address on them in case delivery is not possible for some reason and Australia post chooses to “return to sender”.

Combined shipping rates are most welcome! In most cases we can send multiple of the same or different items in the same package and save you money, simply send us a msg with items you would like to purchase and we will give you a postage quote.

International Postage

We welcome international customers!

Can’t find the same product in your country or does the current Australian dollar make it a savvy choice to purchase it from us? Either way with the surprisingly low cost of shipping and our successful international postage history it’s a smart move to purchase from us! 99% of the items we have for sale are able to be sent via our national carrier Australia post to be on-forwarded to any country in the world.

We can also potentially combine the cost of shipping for multiple purchases of the same or different items, the cost is calculated by the total weight of the parcel and not the amount of items in it.

We encorage anyone who would like a postage quote to simply contact us with the details of the items they wish to purchase, we can then give you the service options, prices for each and expected delivery time.

Warranties & Returns

Most of the top knife manufacturers offer lifetime warranties on their products. This covers factory faults on arrival and not damage caused by misuse of the item.

If you have any warranty claims please contact us.

We offer a 30 day return policy that applies to any item that is damaged on arrival or has defects of any kind, we strive to deliver the product in perfect order and as such will happily exchange the item or refund the full payment price including postage.

If for any reason you are unhappy with the item you have purchased please contact me to resolve the problem before leaving feedback.

Payment & Buying Conditions

We accept the following payment methods: paypal & bank deposit. We also have eftpos facilities for anyone without a paypal account.

Please make payment within 48 hours, if you can't, please notify us of the intended payment time as a common decency.

Any purchases not paid for within 5 days will be subject to an unpaid item case being opened.

As a rule we don’t issue tax invoices with purchases, all our details are contained within your paypal payment receipt and should be kept as proof of your purchase.
