Orders may require a signature upon delivery. All orders that require a signature will require that you have someone present at the delivery address. If no-one is in attendance at time of delivery, the order will be diverted to the closest office of the logistic company delivering the item, or relevant courier depot. We strongly suggest to have your delivery address as your workplace, and if you find that you have accidentally provided the wrong address you can message us on Ebay.
Same day shipping
We ship orders Monday through to Friday, excluding bank holidays, and we will make every effort to dispatch your order as soon as possible. Same day shipping is available for orders placed before 1pm on working days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be shipped next working day.
All orders shipped out may be sourced from any of our sites and suppliers where necessary. Dispatch and shipping times may be extended by 2-3 days depending on the location of your ordered item or courier delays. If there is a delay or we are unable to deliver your order at the stipulated time our customer service team will contact you to let you know of an alternative item we can provide or offer a full refund.
Damaged Parts
All parts must be checked on delivery. If our driver checks the item(s) with you on delivery, we do not accept any claims for damage after delivery. If our driver does not check item(s) on delivery then any damage needs to be reported on the same day as delivery and images of the damage will need to be provided. Any damaged parts can be rejected on delivery.
Any courier damage MUST be reported within one hour of delivery.
If an item is damaged we reserve the right to replace at no extra cost to you. If you decide against a replacement we will take the item back for credit but any carriage charge still applies and will not be credited.
Damages must be reported on the same day of delivery.
If you require a replacement, please message us on Ebay. If the item is repairable, a discount can be agreed for you to keep the part.
- Any returned item(s) must be in original packaging. Any used, prepped or painted parts are non-returnable.
- The Buyer is responsible for all return costs.
- If re-packaging is required a 15% charge will be applied.
- Please include a copy of your delivery note with your returned item(s) to avoid any delays with processing your refund.
- For safety reasons, all items must be returned free of contamination such as fuel, oil, grease or coolant etc. Items returned in a contaminated state will be subject to a 50% handling charge unless previously agreed with a member of The Collision Shop team.
- We reserve the right to offer you an exchange for incorrect or damaged items.
