Headset does not show a display and quickly powers off and disconnects after being powered on. Previous owner passed and I've needed to figure out what was wrong with this headset. When I received it, it powered on fine but still had no display. I then found the parts of the cable under the headsets buttons with some electrical tape over it. Under it were three cut sections (shown in the picture) and is what I suspect to the issue for having no display. I tinkered with it more but then it ended up cutting power.

This listing is for those who understand and know how to fix a cable such as this to get this headset working. I thought about fixing it myself but I wouldn't know where to start nor do I have the time for it.

The texture on the vr headset padding also is flaky and comes off quickly. It might be something that can be replaced later if that's what you want.

The OTHER PARTS ALL WORK. Everything from the processor unit, the cables are included as well as the move controllers and camera.

- PSVR headset (no display/power cuts off)

- Processor Unit (works)
