The brush is slightly curved and is 10 inches long, 1 1/4 inches wide.  Tray us 7 inches across and 6 inches tall.

From the days when everyone used nice starched & ironed table clothes & would sweep crumbs off the table onto a tray to dispose of and keep the table looking nice.

This pretty set does have a small nick on the tray visible above the flat edge on the right side in pictures.  Holes in tray & handle for hanging.
