The original *FIRST* US only pressing of the release from the brilliant master of his Stratocaster NILS LOFGREN.

His is a storied career - GRIN being his own led band project. He has played backing Neil Young with Crazy Horse, (Graham Nash of CSN&Y also helps on vocals here) and was to issue some truly wonderful solo albums (which he still does!).

Bruce Springsteen wisely noticed Lofgren and brought him into his own Backstreet Band.

I had the pleasure of seeing Nils in London in the early 70s, he was tremendous, showcasing the fantastic 'Cry Tough' -  2 weeks later I bumped into him at The Rolling Stones gig (he always adored Keith Richards).

This 1972 original DJ pressing LP is a tasteful rock album with outstanding vocals and top notch guitarwork.

It was already very clear that Lofgren was an extremely adept musician, and he really did great work on this excellent album.

CONDITION;

The VINYL grades VG++, some wear but playing great.

Nice shine, a decent example.

Yellow Lables are EXCELLENT, bright no stains, stickers or pen.

The thick card GATEFOLD COVER has light general wear, a top seam split, and has been SIGNED and dedicated with a kinda cool few lines in red pen.

Perhaps this was for a radio appearance, and the tracklessing Radio DJ strip is on the front, with another tracks sticker on the rear.
