Thai Coffee Oliang Powder Mix is a traditional Thai coffee known as Oliang that used for Thai ice coffee. It is actually a blend of coffee, corn and soybeans.

Oliang can be brewed in a traditional Thai way with a muslin filter or simply brew it in your home coffee maker. Some people like to add some whole cardamom pods to the grounds. After the coffee brews, add sugar, if desired, and cool. Pour cooled coffee over ice and add cream or sweetened condensed milk, if desired.
