Check this things prior to sending repair:

1. Device should show Display and charge.(LCD is one part, Digitizer is other part)

2. Device should not be water damage

3. We Attempt to repair the iPad within a day or two of its arrival, but may take longer but should be repaired and returned within 7 days


Process:

1. Purchase the service

2. Ship the Device to us (you pay shipping)

3. Send us the complete Device so we can check everything with your parts as well 

4. We fix it and return you back (We pay shipping UPS Ground)

Warranty:

30 days Warranty as long is not water damaged, bent or crash.

We are not responsible for any other problem your Device might have.  


Backup:

Please make sure to backup your information before sending your iPad.  We will not be responsible for lost information.


Bent Corners:
It is normally not a problem to repair iPads with bent corners, but doing this requires me to bend the corners back out.  They do not bend out smoothly since they are a thin layer of aluminum.  In order to allow the digitizer to fit correctly, if the corners are slightly dinged, they need to be bent out.  Please do not expect your corners to look "like new" if they were damaged when the iPad was sent to me.  These corners are a little rough after having to bend them out.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the package and Device are properly secured to prevent damage. A tracking number is provided by Fedex, USPS or UPS to track the location of your package.

The box must include your eBay username and device's passcode (if any). Simply write it on paper and put it into the package.  If we can't test your Device before sending it back to you, then we will not be able to offer a warranty on the repair.  If you’re okay with no warranty, then we’re okay with no passcode.
