Standard Delivery to Mainland UK is Free. A tracking number will be provided.
If you live in a flat, there will be addtional postage of 35 pounds for 2man service delivery.
Upon arrival you must examine your order for transportation damages. Damaged packaging may indicate that the product is also damaged. In this case, please refuse the order and submit a damage claim via ebay message within 24 hours. We will immediately start working on your case and keep you informed.
If there is something wrong with your item after you sign for it, please contact our customer service via ebay message. Describe the damage and supply with photos showing the damage.
Your claim will then be promptly considred and replacement parts will be sent. This does not apply to damages caused by incorrect assembly, normal wear, moisture damage, heat damage, misuse, or surface imperfections on real wood products.
Claims for non-delivery must be made within 24 hours. Claims for shortages and damage must also be made within 24 hours of receipt of goods. If carrier damage, goods should be refused, or if accepted details of damage made clear on delivery documentation.
If goods are damaged or lost by the carrier in transit or refused by customer this should be clearly seen on our carriers website's. Should this be the case we can raise a claim and despatch immediate replacements zero cost to customer.
Delivery will be made as per the eBay delivery estimate shown at point of order to Mainland UK customers. If you have a specific date required for delivery please inform us at checkout via 'add message' with a preferred specified date or contact us immediately before or after ordering.
(Delivery is made Monday to Friday 8am to 7pm working days Only We can't guarantee specific times).
Deliveries are to 'front door' only & not to room of choice or into the property.
Deliveries to flats or apartments are only made to ground floor only due to time restraints & health & safety reasons.
Please make sure to leave your mobile phone number when you place the order. Please ensure that somebody is available to sign for the goods when delivery is made as re-delivery charges may apply.
Unfortunately due to our strict compliance with both the Paypal & Ebay Seller & Buyers protection policies we cannot accept address change requests via email or in 'notes to seller'.
If this happens then we will have to refund the order & request that you place the order again. To avoid delays & unrequired hassle then please ensure that you add the shipping address correctly.
