Hazel Glass Mannequin-Mask eye - white hemisphere backing

Hand painted Doll or Mannequin eyes that can also be uséd in figurine work. These eyes have a white glass hemisphere backing.

This is a robust eye and can be uséd where mechanical or puppet movement is required. This eye lends its self to being fixed in a solid position or having armatures fixed to the back of them to allow for movement.

This is a hand painted glass mannequin eye. It is a great alternative to the fully spherical hollow blown mannequin eye. This eye is supplied without veining and has a pure white sclera.

The diameter of the eye is measured at the widest point and is accurate to +/- 2% as a general estimate. These eyes are coloured by hand and are sold in pairs.

Eyes of all kinds can be fitted in many different ways. If the eye is to be fitted into a wood substrate (stick making, carving or similar) then a glue such as a two-part epoxy glue can be uséd. If something with a bit more body is required clay can be uséd or an epoxy putty can be uséd such as Apoxie Sculpt.
