Pink Flesh Potatoes ( 4 Fresh Tubers Grown organically in Tasmania

Appologies i have misplaced the name on this variety. I think I may be cranberry red but not 100% sure. I do know they are not burgundy blush as i have those in this year and they have a deeper pink flesh.

A good allrounder those slighlty waxy. Make some pink potato salads!!
