Ptp 11/12 in.,- 20.5 in. length. Velcro closure with zipper, I don’t can’t see the purpose of the zipper but I don’t know anything about dog apparel. NWOT but I see a stain on the lower area as shown. It’s approximately 11/12 in. across from the arm area and 20.5 in. Length. Thanks for looking
