QMTECH Zynq7000 XC7Z020 Core Board Development Board Starter Kit for Makers Electronic Engineers

Hardware characteristic parameters:
- Main control SoC: XC7Z020-1CLG4484C;
- Main control SoC PS end clock source frequency: 33.333MHz;
- Clock source frequency of main control SoC PL: 50.000MHz;
- 512MB DDR3 memory for Micron, and the model number is MT41K256M16TW-107:P;
- Micro SD/TF card slot;
- Provide the power required for SoC operation, using TPS563201 (for TI), with wide range input DC/DC;
- Extended user IO with 50P pin header, and all IO is processed by equal length;
- 2 buttons of the chip: one way at the PS reset end, the other way connected to the PL side IO;
- 2 LEDs of the chip: one connected to the PS side, the other connected to the PL side IO;
- The JTAG port of the chip adopts a single row of 6p, 2.54mm pitch pin header;
- Gigabit Ethernet interface on the PS side, using RTL8211 chip for RealTek;
- The USB Host interface on the PS side uses USB3320C chip for Microchip;
- Size: 6.76 x 8.59cm/2.7 x 3.4". The default input power supply for the board is recommended to be DC 2A 5V.
