Common Sense Notices and disclaimers:

These are pretty basic and should go without saying, but will be stated anyway to avoid any misunderstanding:

1) We photograph and inspect our photos from 6 inches away, using 5500K lighting at 2000 lumens. This far, far exceeds the standards Omega and other mid-luxury brands use to inspect brand new watches. Therefore:

- You will take into consideration that your monitor settings, and the lighting you use when you inspect this watch may affect your perception of colors.

- Imperfections visible in the pictures are of course considered FULLY disclosed even if they are not described in the listing text

- Imperfections too small to be seen in the provided pictures may of course exist. However, since our lighting and inspection standards already significantly exceeds those required for inspecting new Omega watches, any flaws not visible in the pictures especially those taken under any magnification or special lighting, are by definition considered insignificant.

- The grades we give our watches are not the same as, and should not be confused with watch grading systems like Timezone, Chrono24, etc.

2) We make a good faith attempt to accurately assess the mechanical condition of the watches we sell. That said:

- You agree that these watches are sold without warranty. By definition - timekeeping, water resistance and power reserve cannot be guaranteed even if they test perfectly on our end.

- You agree that servicing is a normal, expected, and routine part of ownership, without which a watch may perform less than optimally over time. You agree that poor timekeeping or power reserve, moisture intrusion during ownership, rough crown or bezel operation, sticky pushers, delayed or advanced date changes, rotor noise are not defects or damage - they are normal signs of a used watch that may benefit from a service. You of course agree that maintaining any watch you buy from us is always at your expense.

3) Ebay shipping estimates are ESTIMATES. These are not guaranteed delivery dates.

When you buy watches from us, you have read and agree to these common sense notices and disclaimers
