Marble terrace, of animated form, resting on 4 feet and adorned with a frieze of intertwined waves in bronze.
The allegorical theme is developed on a basis of 2 levels, in bronze , the pedestal of winners.
Two subjects are leaning against the drum of the clock, decorated with garlands of laurel knotted with ribbons.
On the left, the angel , perched on stacked books which are the peace treaties, symbolises wisdom.
To the right , a centurion wearing a helmet, with a look great, trophies of his enemies filed at his feet, which symbolise victory.
Very good condition of this item, and very good conservation of the mercury gilding.
