Mr Russell signed this jersey for me at a card show about 10 years ago. Comes with a COA from Hollywood Collectibles, the company that had Bill under exclusive contract for many years. I just pulled the jersey out of storage today and saw that there is some sort of stain as well as bleeding to the autograph. See photos for details. Autograph is 100% authentic and would pass additional authentication if you decided to bring it to some other company for any reason.
