In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your item and you wish to return it for a refund then you can reach us via eBay messages. We will then respond with a RMA to return the item to us for a refund.

Warranty Details
Your product comes with a comprehensive 6 month return to base warranty and Apples remaining warranty, if applicable, to give you complete confidence in the product. The warranty does not cover any software conflicts created by user, i.e. virus/accidental deleted system files.

Payment must be received within five (5) days of auction close. Unpaid auction wins will be forfeited after five (5) days and a Non-Payer report will be filed with eBay to recover the closing fees of the auction.

Dispatch Times

Items will be dispatched within 2 working day after payment has cleared. (Monday to Friday). Item bought today will be shipped next working day except in some circumstances it may take up to 3 working days, this can be because of Bank Holidays . Please do not hesitate to contact us before opening any request. 

Delivery & Tracking

For all international shipping,  dealt with by eBay itself through Global Shipping Program. 

Some items are sent via Parcel force, Royal Mail, Special Delivery pre 1pm, Recorded Delivery & International Signed For, again these can all be tracked on the Royal Mail website. Otherwise we use the ebay packlink system.
