Please
note, I often use my own stock images if available to assist with the listing
process and load content quicker when viewing my listings. In such cases,
photos of the item are available upon request.
Any faults must be reported within 48 hours once you receive the item.
Once payment
has cleared, goods will be dispatched within 2 business days.

Please note, all items are sent using Royal Mail (unless stated otherwise). If your order does not arrive by the estimated delivery date, you must contact me via message before leaving feedback, so that I can investigate the matter. In rare cases, items can sometimes be lost through the postal system. If so, I will arrange for a refund to be issued and ensure that is claim is made against the courier for any lost items.
Important notice - In the event of any delivery or fault issues, contact needs to be firstly made by ebay message (in order for me to resolve the issue) and must not be notified through the feedback process.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS - Items costing under £20 (unless otherwise stated in the listing) will be sent either by Royal Mail International Standard or Royal Mail International Economy. Both these options do not include Tracking or Signed delivery. The upgrade postage option to include tracked or signed (RM International Tracked or Signed) is available but there is an additional charge for this service. If you require a tracking or signed delivery service after making your purchase, please message me for details.
