DESCRIPTION:
We can now Rebuild Repair or Recondition your BMW MINI COUNTRYMAN 2010-2023 Transfer Box.
BMW only sell complete units at a pricey £2470+ vat and sell no components to service or rebuild them. We can now rebuild these units from the ground up and can now source all components to correctly rebuild.
Specialist tooling is used to set the transfer box back to factory spec.

WORKMANSHIP:
The workmanship and attention to detail that goes into one of our transfer case builds is bar non you will not find any corners cut here. We pride our selves on our transfer case builds not only internal but external and guarantee our boxes for 12 months.
All transfer boxes are built by my self by hand in house every part is scrutinized and inspected and nothing is left to chance. On transfer box which are fully reconditioned units all serviceable parts are replaced, not just worn out parts. I find my self more and more repairing gearboxes that have apparently been reconditioned months prior to find out that all that may have been changed is the absolute minimum or nothing at all.
All preload shims custom ground in house to a 1 micron tolerance. A properly rebuilt automotive part.
Rebuild includes full strip and cleaning of internal oiling system, with modifications to increase oil flow.
The item has been completely disassembled, cleaned and examined for wear and breakage. Worn out, missing or non-functioning components have been replaced with new or rebuilt components. It is the functional equivalent of a new part and is virtually indistinguishable from a new part.
SURCHARGE:
The surcharge is additional to the ebay purchase price, therefore it is required before the transfer box is shipped.
The surcharge amount is £300 and maybe refundable once you're old transfer box is received.
The old transfer box needs to be unmolested and serviceable, what this means is that the transfer box needs to come complete not stripped or dismantled, and must have no holes or damage to the case.
If your transfer box is leaking oil from the case or has no drive, then its safe to say that the transfer box is most likely non serviceable.
In this case the £300 surcharge will not be refundable.
EXCHANGE PROCESS:
All transfer box are sold on a exchange basis, therefore your old transfer box is required, the exchange process is designed in away to make it more convenient for the buyer.
Once the new transfer box has been received simply refrain all packaging and securing fixings, these will assist you when returning the old transfer box.
The return of the old transfer box is at a cost of the buyer, it is the responsibility of the buyer to return the transfer box in a safe and secure method with the packaging provided.
The exchange process can be handled by us for an additional cost, usually the same price as the shipping to you.
WARRANTY:
We'll also guarantee our work for 1 years, or 12,000 miles (whichever comes first) on fitted fully remanufacted transfer cases, 6 months / 6,000 miles on 'take-away' units and 3 months for all auxiliary parts or repairs.
SHIPPING / LOGISTICS:
The transfer case will be shipped within 2 days.
Shipping price is included in the listing price, however the return of your old Transfer box is the responsibility of the buyer.
We can arrange the return shipping, This will incur an additional cost, typically around £35 each way.
UK Mainland Shipping is covered in the ebay listing price. Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland post codes available at an additional cost.
DEPARTURE:
Once work is completed we aim to get your transfer case shipped within 3 days of the delivery date.
This can be extended considerably if the transfer case is a bespoke item and requires a build slot.
