My goal is to provide every customer with a great experience and hopefully save some money on products that would have been purchased else where. My listings are as transparent and honest as I can possibly make them. I am here to support my small family, not to steal other’s hard-earned money. As I am not the original owner nor a direct vendor for any item(s) I sell I hope you can can understand that I do make mistakes occasionally.

If pre-owned and not mentioned above the item will have come from a smoke and pet home.

All items are stored in a pet free, smoke free, and climate controlled facility.

Item comes with what is pictured only. This includes original packaging. If it is not shown it is not included.

Some abbreviations I use in my titles:

GUC: Good Used Condition

VGUC: Very Good Used Condition

EUC: Excellent Used Condition

If the item listed is an electronic (with a plug or takes batteries) and is stated as a used electronic PLEASE NOTE that I only do a brief amount of testing. If after more extensive use/testing, the item does not function properly please reach out. You have 30 days to ensure the item is functioning properly.

SHIPPING: 

If the item can be disassembled for shipping it most likely will be. Thus your item may require some form of assembly once received.

ADDRESS - I only ship to the address you have preset as your ‘ship to’ address. Therefore if you would like to have the item shipped to a different address please make this edit prior to purchasing.

PACKAGING - I recycle all boxes and packaging material I can gather. I will not use dirty boxes or packaging.

COMBINE SHIPPING - If you would like to purchase multiple items from my shop, I will combine shipping. There are 2 options for doing this:

— Option 1: From a computer please add the items you would like to purchase to your cart. Go to your cart and above the price of the items please hit the ‘Request Invoice’ button. I will provide an invoice with updated shipping costs. 

— Option 2: You can also proceed with purchasing the items and pay the estimated shipping, and I will refund the difference in shipping. However, with this option it is not guaranteed that I will see that you purchased multiple items as it will show as multiple orders on my end, not one order with multiple items.

RETURNS:

Before you open a return request you MUST message me first. A simple ‘I would like to return this item.’ message will suffice. I will message you back in a timely matter. If this is not done and you request a return prior to messaging me the ‘Free Return’ policy becomes void and the return shipping label cost + the original shipping costs will be withheld from the refund amount. MESSAGE ME FIRST!

I offer hassle free returns (must message me prior to opening a return request). Returned item must be returned in the  same condition as it was purchased. If brand new & sealed it must be returned brand new and sealed. If seal has been broken a partial refund minus the value lost may be issued. REMEMBER, you must message me PRIOR to opening a return request.
