This is a beautiful true antique teaspoon strainer.  The import mark “F” was used from 1867 to 1904.  It is sterling silver with a gold-toned hinged basket.  Some of the enamel is worn off of the flowers and leaves, but it’s still a beauty!  The spoon weighs 24 grams and is 6” in length. Manufacturer is unknown.
