Mid Century Clear Glass Carafe/Pitcher with Side Attached Wrap Around Spout like a Star Trek liquor bottle

Please see the photos for the good condition of this item I don’t see any chips or breaks. The spout has been attached to the side and wrapped around the neck of the bottle. This is very unusual.
