Camera is in excellent cosmetic pre-owned condition. Camera does not work. Subtle rattling inside body. A loose screw is suspected. There is no corrosion, no cracks in the plastic shell or on the screen. Buttons aren't sticky and appear to function when pushed in. 

There is no battery, charger or memory card that comes with the camera.

This is likely an advanced repair and some knowledge is required.
