Purchases are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) with delivery tracking usually by next available business day (excludes holidays & weekends) after completed transaction.  Seller is not responsible for shipping carrier issues or shipping delays that may occur.  Shipping discounts cannot be offered as shipping carrier service charge rates are based on weight. Items that offer original seller paid ‘free shipping’ are only for United States delivery transactions. 


INTERNATIONAL SALES:  are shipped ONLY through ebay’s Global Shipping Program.  All postage & custom costs are quoted directly through ebay’s shipping program & not from seller.  Items are initially processed through a United States based ebay shipping center, & may get delayed in customs due to: destination, custom laws, etc…. Packages are tracked during shipping process.


RETURNS:  Please verify to return policy of listings prior to purchase.  Per ebay return policies on items that qualify for return acceptance: Return requests need to be processed through ebay’s site to be applicable for refund.  Falsifying return claims and/or attempting to manipulate transactions are forbidden on ebay.  


To qualify for return acceptance: returns MUST be in their original shipped condition, including packaging & any attached tags.  Once received & inspection approved, payment will be refunded within two days to process per the applicable terms associated with the original purchase transaction. Any alterations, removal of tags, missing parts, or any damage caused to return item will render it unacceptable for refund. Returned items that appear to have been worn/used or not in original packaged & shipped condition, per ebay’s ‘seller return rights’ policies; a 15% - 50% deduction will be applied to refund, & only a partial refund will be credited for the decreased loss of the item's value.
