LH Left Driver side headlight assembly removed from a 2012 Volvo S60 T5 with 112,000 miles.  Includes bulbs and ballast.

Headlight assembly is in very good looking and working condition.  It has minor blemishes on the lens.  No fading, cracks or breaks.
