Was used for a pre-wedding party. It’s elastic waisted. It has one area where it got some dirt on it- see pictures. I didn’t even notice until pictures here. It has 3 layers. The thin polyester one inside them a shiny satin looking outer layer and then many tulle swatches to cover the outside and gift the lifted look.
